Residence Inn Franklin Berry Farms

I purposely booked this hotel because of the room size it was like being in a mini condo only thing I wish I would have done differently is not accidentally gotten a handicap shower it has no door pretty poor design it allows water to get on the floor had a bunch of towels to prevent this.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and large. Bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. Closet space. Decent sized kitchen if needed. Pet friendly, but you'd never know a pet stayed there. So clean. No bright lights shining in your room to keep you awake. Thick walls so you couldn't hear other guests. It's worth the money to stay here and I'd stay here again and again.

We had last minute changes that we had to make to our reservation and the people that we worked with were really understanding and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast here was very enjoyable, offering a wide selection of food to choose from for various types of diets.

Beautiful space and great location. Staff was incredible and breakfast was delicious! Our room was clean and spacious. Our suite had everything you needed.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was accommodating and kind. I arrived early, but the room was ready and I was able to check in. They took the time to answer questions about the area and give suggestions. The room was very spacious, QUIET, and comfortable; there was live music downstairs at the bar/lobby from 6pm-10pm (thank you and good luck, Kyle Isamoyer!); and Debbie the bartender was delightful. There was fresh fruit at breakfast and not just sugary junk food, as well as and real utensils/dishes (not plastic). I was able to take an Uber here from Nashville and into Franklin as well which is useful to know if you are only here for a day or two and don't have - or don't want to rent - a car. The surrounding area is lovely. When I come back, I'll be sure to have a car in order to see more of the countryside.
